Article 1. Scope of regulation
Article 1. Scope of regulation This Decree details and guides the implementation of Articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 31 of the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15 on the International Financial Center in Vietnam regarding the establishment and operation of commodity exchanges in the International Financial Center in Vietnam.
Effect
This Decree takes effect on December 18, 2025.
