Article 1. Scope of regulation This Decree provides for foreign workers working in Vietnam under the following articles
Article 1. Scope of regulation This Decree provides for foreign workers working in Vietnam under the following articles and clauses of Labor Code: Article 157 on conditions, order and procedures for grant, re-grant, extension and revocation of work permits and work permit exemption certificates for foreign workers working in Vietnam; and Clauses 1, 2 and 9, Article 154 on foreign workers working in Vietnam who are exempt from work permit.
Effect
This Decree takes effect on August 7, 2025.
